Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Champion ethical innovation principles across all R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry stakeholders
- Build and mentor a global futurist talent network
- Oversee patent development for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching exponential technologies (3+ major projects)
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate resilience, or neurotech regulations
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
