Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary foresight initiatives to map technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026
- Develop and publish comprehensive trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their operations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts across sectors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-shaping strategies for global organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
