Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future insights into tangible R&D initiatives
- Present future-state visions to executive teams and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement organizational foresight programs embedding future-thinking into DNA
- Advose on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their enterprise implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience driving cultural transformation in large organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
