Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify opportunities and risks for 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain scenario-planning frameworks to model future business environments
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
