Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight framework with 18-month rolling projections
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for quantum computing adoption and AI governance
- Produce annual 'FutureTech Horizon' report for executive board and investor briefings
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, IEEE, and UN Technology Innovation Bodies
- Design ethical AI implementation guidelines for emerging biotech and neurotech sectors
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders program
- Present at Davos, CES, and Web Summit on 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Published research on quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year technology roadmap implementations
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and tech-for-good frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Foresight (SF)
