Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Strong network within emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
