Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities/threats in emerging markets
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design and execute innovation pipelines for future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing predictive frameworks for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
