Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Portfolio of published trend reports or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in systems thinking and quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proven track record influencing C-level strategy with future-oriented insights
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging technology domains (AI, AR/VR, Web3, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
