- Translate foresight into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough technologies for 2026 integration
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging tech adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic plans (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
