Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the company's 5-year innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with emerging market disruptors
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging fields (quantum, bio-digital convergence, AGI)
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for experimental technologies
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for next-gen AI and automation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3.0)
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps with executive buy-in
- Strong background in market trend analysis and competitive intelligence
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
