- Produce scenario-based impact assessments for disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate futurism into corporate strategy
- Represent company at industry forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
