Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Identify and partner with emerging startups and academic research labs
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical technology adoption
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' strategic reports for stakeholders
- Chair the Global Futures Council with industry thought leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Track record of implementing future-strategy with measurable impact
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., TrendWatching, Gartner)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical narratives
