Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical AI adoption and quantum computing integration
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in augmented reality and bioinformatics
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AR/VR ecosystems
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks
