As a key member of our C-suite innovation team, you'll shape how humanity interacts with emerging technologies—from quantum computing to AI ethics. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers to develop frameworks that guide our $2B R&D portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year technology foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying paradigm-shifting innovations
- Author white papers on AI governance, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global research institutions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 10+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or neuromorphic systems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of influencing Fortune 100 technology roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to executive audiences
