Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts post-2025
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models and operational systems
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
