Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop and publish annual Innovation Futures Report with strategic recommendations
- Design 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on disruptive trend implications
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-ready solutions
- Represent company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or future scenarios
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Deep knowledge of at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional communication with executive stakeholders and public audiences
