Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum applications, etc.)
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and advisory board participation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to de-risk emerging technology adoption pathways
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-level technology strategy
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
