- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and scenario-planning models for board-level decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight analytics capabilities
- Represent FutureWorks at global industry summits on future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
