Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation machine learning models and neural networks.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning them with 2026 and beyond strategic goals.
- Oversee the deployment of large-scale AI infrastructure on cloud and edge platforms.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Conduct deep research into emerging paradigms such as generative adversarial networks and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Proven experience in scaling AI systems to handle millions of transactions per second.
- Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
