Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap spanning AI ethics, climate adaptation, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum-secure communications and decentralized governance
- Analyze emerging megatrends (neurotech, climate engineering, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for existential risk mitigation and societal resilience
- Establish KPIs for measuring progress toward 2026 sustainability and equity targets
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government partners on future-proofing initiatives
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with agile development cycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or systems architecture
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and risk modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation and resilience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Systems Thinking
