Job Description
Join NeuroSync Labs at the forefront of human-computer interaction innovation. We're seeking a visionary 2026 Quantum UX Researcher to decode the next generation of user experiences through quantum-assisted behavioral analytics. This role bridges neuroscience, quantum computing, and AI to create interfaces that anticipate needs before they manifest.
You'll pioneer research methodologies that leverage quantum algorithms to process subconscious user patterns, transforming how we design empathetic, intuitive digital experiences. Our multidisciplinary team operates in a state-of-the-art neuro-quantum lab where your work will directly shape products used by millions.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum-enhanced UX research protocols using entanglement-based participant modeling
- Develop predictive neural interface prototypes using quantum machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to interpret subatomic behavioral data patterns
- Create empathetic AI training datasets from quantum-processed human feedback loops
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum UX principles for product teams
- Author white papers on quantum cognition and its impact on future interface design
- Validate quantum-assisted design solutions through neuro-quantum A/B testing
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Published research in quantum cognition or neuro-quantum interfaces
- Expertise in EEG/MEG data analysis and quantum state tomography
- Proficiency in Python with quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuro-imaging toolkits
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence in behavioral systems
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum-augmented UX solutions
