Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation quantum computing systems with fault-tolerant designs
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates and MIT/Caltech research partners
- Translate quantum algorithms into production-ready hardware architectures
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum system innovations
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and computational physicists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing quantum systems or supercomputing architectures
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit manipulation
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid computing models
- Track record of delivering patented quantum hardware innovations
