Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and qubit stability
- Lead R&D initiatives to develop novel quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software and physical qubit implementations
- Establish industry-leading security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
