- Design quantum circuit architectures optimized for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Present architectural blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced quantum programming techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
