- Secure $5M+ in research grants and patents
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdocs in quantum-AI methodologies
- Partner with Silicon Valley VCs to commercialize 2026-ready quantum solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 3+ years industry R&D
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum supremacy
- Proficiency in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Experience with 100+ qubit systems and quantum cloud platforms
