- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Develop novel quantum neural network architectures with 100+ qubit scalability
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and strategic partnerships
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready quantum-AI pipelines
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at top-tier conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent 3+ quantum-AI innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 8+ years research leadership
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience securing $2M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance strategies
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum error correction
