- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding annually
- Author high-impact publications in Nature/Science journals
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware providers
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 3+ patents annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related computational field
- 5+ years leading quantum AI research teams at FAANG-level institutions
- Published work in top-tier quantum/machine learning conferences
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum cloud platforms
- Track record of translating research into commercial products
- Experience securing DOE/NASA research grants
