Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems leveraging 100+ qubit processors for exponential computational advantage
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations by Q1 2026
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists, machine learning engineers, and domain specialists
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into scalable commercial applications for finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Establish patent strategies protecting quantum-AI innovations with 15+ annual filings
- Present breakthroughs at Davos, IEEE Quantum Week, and Nature journals
- Mentor next-generation quantum researchers through our 'Quantum Leap' fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics from top-tier institution (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and NISQ hardware
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or error correction
- Proven track record of deploying production quantum-AI systems (e.g., quantum neural networks)
- Expertise in tensor networks, variational quantum eigensolvers (VQE), and quantum supremacy demonstrations
