- Lead 12-member technical team across AI, blockchain, and biotech domains
- Secure $50M+ in venture funding through stakeholder presentations
- Drive agile methodologies with 2-week sprint cycles
- Establish KPIs for real-time neural network performance
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT and NASA R&D divisions
- Ensure compliance with emerging GDPR and quantum encryption standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI/quantum domains
- Proven $100M+ project delivery track record
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovation
- Expertise in TensorFlow, Qiskit, and distributed ledger systems
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Python
- Top 1% performance in AWS/Azure quantum architecture certifications
