Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive concepts in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate breakthrough startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and long-term competitive advantage
- Champion human-centered design principles across all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation methodologies and thought leadership
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives in uncertain environments
