Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, climate tech) through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for clients in biotech, aerospace, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight findings into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing operations and market positioning
- Integrate ethical foresight frameworks into technology deployment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research or frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future scenario development and implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, WFS)
