Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities in Web4, AI governance, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate paradigm shifts and recommend strategic pivots
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption metrics
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Champion organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services in tech or adjacent industries
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in Innovation Management (e.g., CIMS, CFIP) or Technology Foresight
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
