Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends and market disruption
- Proven track record scaling innovative products to market
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
