Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing futuristic tech solutions (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and paradigm shifts
- Design scalable business models for next-generation products and services
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting long-term innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching transformative initiatives valued at $50M+
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep understanding of global innovation ecosystems and venture capital
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
