Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with client business objectives and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive stakeholders to generate breakthrough concepts
- Analyze market data and competitive landscapes to inform strategic innovation investments
- Oversee cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling pilot projects with measurable ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-suite executives with compelling data visualizations
- Maintain thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting initiatives post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) or design thinking
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Python
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategies with measurable impact
