Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neuro-technology integration
- Architect innovation frameworks for climate-positive technologies and sustainable resource systems
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and genetic engineering
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through strategic partnerships and venture incubation
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for societal shifts driven by AI augmentation and human-machine symbiosis
- Develop KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact beyond traditional business metrics
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or Emerging Technology with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in commercializing exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Deep expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies or governments on technology disruption preparedness
- Portfolio of published future scenarios implemented at scale (min. 3 case studies)
- Mastery of ethical frameworks for innovation governance (e.g., Asilomar AI Principles, EU AI Act compliance)
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (STELLA, AnyLogic, custom Python/R frameworks)
