Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market opportunities and competitive threats
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech strategies
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investors
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech projects
