Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify 2026 market opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage pilot programs for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing concepts
- Track KPIs for innovation initiatives and optimize execution
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in analytical tools (Python, Tableau)
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
