Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable MVPs
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of futurists and technical architects
- Establish KPIs measuring long-term strategic impact beyond traditional metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record executing 3-5 year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI implications, and climate tech convergence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
