Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and external partners
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine symbiosis
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ ecosystems
- Secure $20M+ in strategic partnerships and government innovation grants
- Mentor a team of futurists and prototype engineers
- Present to industry boards and UN innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 scale
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent impact in tech/biotech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue potential
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field with demonstrable industry application
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
