Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Conduct horizon-scanning across emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Develop future scenario models and strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to commercialize next-generation solutions
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and futurists
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership on 2026 technology trends and implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Business, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work/tech topics
- Certification in foresight or strategic planning (e.g., CFMP, CPSM) a plus
