Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and prototype breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Quantify ROI for innovation initiatives through market analysis and competitive benchmarking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) highly desirable
