Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech, climate tech)
- Conduct market research on emerging trends and competitive landscapes
- Design sustainable innovation frameworks aligned with UN SDGs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists through our incubation program
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Experience securing government or corporate innovation funding
