Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Drive prototype development and rapid testing of futuristic concepts
- Present breakthrough strategies to key stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of 3+ breakthrough innovations or patents
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
