Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year implementation potential
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for autonomous systems integration
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Drive ethical AI governance protocols for next-generation cognitive systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused innovation roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or post-human tech domains
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of at least three 5-year innovation strategy implementations
