- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation architects
- Author thought leadership publications in top-tier tech and strategy journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futures research with Fortune 500 scale impact
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5-year+ market disruption cycles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Published author or keynote speaker at major innovation conferences (Singularity, Web Summit)
