Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for next-gen tech adoption across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Forecast regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous infrastructure deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Drive partnerships with DARPA and international research consortia
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Clearance for government-level classified innovation projects
