Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 tech horizons
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps in quantum/AI convergence
- Secure $5M+ in venture capital for emerging projects
- Present at Davos and CES summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in future tech disciplines
- File 10+ patents annually
- Oversee lab operations in SF & Singapore
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/AI or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in tech strategy at FAANG or NASA
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and Qiskit
- Proven track record of scaling tech from 0 to 1
- Security clearance preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish
