- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with 10-year sustainability and ESG mandates
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on digital infrastructure evolution
- Curate annual '2026 Horizon Report' analyzing emerging threats and opportunities in decentralized systems
- Drive adoption of predictive analytics for supply chain resilience and market disruption forecasting
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with proven 5+ year horizon planning track record
- Expertise in quantum computing applications, AI ethics frameworks, or climate-tech integration
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling innovation programs across Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, CFTE) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse infrastructure, and spatial computing
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling methodologies
