Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market forecasts and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs to shape emerging tech standards
- Analyze socio-economic impacts of future technologies to inform ethical deployment strategies
- Drive R&D initiatives in carbon-negative computing and decentralized autonomous systems
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ innovation budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market foresight
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience navigating international tech policy frameworks (UN, OECD, WEF)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting or innovation systems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
